Sakito glanced back and forth between a picture of an umbrella and his sketch book. He pursed his lips, as he erased a line, re-drawing it. There...that was better. He proceeded to shade it, but stopped when he got a sudden cramp in his hand. Saki closed his eyes in aggrivation, and put his pencil back in his pencil case. He looked down at the numerous black marks on his wrist. They had hindered his drawing abilities.
Sakito sighed, resting his head against the glass of the window. It was raining out. He glanced at his red umbrella...he would have to use it.

Cameo dashed for the shelter of the library, it was truly pelting it down outside. She stumbled into the room, and shook herself dry in a couple of seconds. She saw a few students looking up at her stunned, it wasn't normal for a teacher to make such an undignifed entrance. but she smiled calmly at them, and they returned it, Cameo was definately a favourite with them, if you had a problem, you went to Madam Meadows. She saw Sakito, one of her most promising art students, sitting alone, his sketch book open, she glided over and looked over his shoulder, "What are you drawing, Sakito?" she asked softly, for Cameo rarely had to raise her voice.

Sakito jumped at the sudden voice behind him. He turned looked behind him, trying to see who it was who was talking to him. "Oh! Madame M..." he blinked. He never really liked to say the full last name of his teachers, so he just called them by thier first initial. Sakito looked down at his sketchebook, the unshaded umbrella on it. "Uhm...it's not done...but it's supposed to be a picture of my red umbrella..." he explained, blushing.
Sakito was never entirely confident of his art work, if ever. He usually didn't show it to anyone.

"So far it is very accurate," said Cameo, studying it, "The scale is good, and the proportion just right." She looked over at the umbrella, wishing she had one like it, it would certainly be a lot more helpful than her tye-dye bag, and provide more shelter. "When you have finished it, you must show it at next art class." she smiled down at him. She worried for this one some times, he was so very quiet.

Sakito shrugged. "I guess..." he said. "It's just a shading study..." he sighed, running a hand through the side of his head with hair. Sakito sighed, and looked around, before starting to subtly shade it.

Cameo hovered awkwardly for a moment, not sure whether or not to stay, she wanted to ask Sakito if he was already, but knew the answer like the back of her hands, 'no, I'm fine...no honestly...why are you asking me?...why are you even talking to me? Get out of my life!' Well, maybe not the last bit, but that is what he would be thinking...

Sakito felt akward with his teacher looming behind him. He finally closed his sketchbook. "Is there anything I can help you with, Madame M?" he asked, looking up at her.

"Yes, in art today, we are starting life drawings, and I was hoping you would help me get the classroom ready before everyone arrives." Cameo hastily made up an excuse to shield the wraith from the bullies, knowing that Sakito was a bit of a loner. She hated bullies, they ruined the lives of some many of her former pupils.

Sakito nodded, and got up, packing his bags. "I can help with that..." he said, a small smile managing to grace his lips.

Cameo smiled warmly at him, and slung her bag over her shoulder, she stared out of the window at the rain, it was easing off, even as her mood did. "I have a feeling we might need your drawing muse for other purposes though." She said, laughing lightly and indicating Sakito's umbrella.

Sakito smiled. "Alright." he said, and took out his red umbrella. It was his only semblance of sanity and reality, so he kept it with him at all times.

Cameo walked close to him as she came out into the rain, so that the umbrella would cover them both. "So tell me, Sakito, which is your favourite subject here?" she asked him, admiring the brightness of the red of his umbrella, Cameo, unlike most of her race, was attracted to colour and light.

Sakito thought. "Well...since you're the art teacher, I would say art." he said. "But...I'm not here to lie. My true favourite subject is Psychology." Sakito explained. He had never visited a Psychologist before. But he was interested in how the general human mind worked.

Cameo laughed, "No, I don't encourage lying in my pupils, it makes them more creative with excuses about unfinished homework!" She sighed as they reached the shelter of the art block, and she found her keys, on a long purple silk tassel, attached to her bag. She unlocked the art door, and continued their conversation, "psychology eh?" she commented, "How very fascinating, would you consider it as a career once you have left the SNU, Sakito?" she asked.

Sakito shrugged. "Perhaps..." he said. "I'm not really sure what I want to do with myself...that's why I'm taking a range of courses here." he explained.
